About
Ghazaleh (Gazelle) Sadr, born in 1990 in Tehran, Iran, was raised in a culturally rich environment, influenced by her father, a distinguished author, and her mother, an artist and art teacher. She pursued her academic interests in English Literature, earning both her bachelor's and master's degrees from Shahid Beheshti University. Since 2008, she has taught English to adults, and she writes monthly articles for leading print magazines in Iran. Also, Sadr’s debut book, a compelling self-help memoir exploring love and grief, quickly became a bestseller in Iran. Relocating to the United States with her family in 2018, she resided in Orange County, CA, for seven years where she held her first solo art show which was very successful. She now lives in Brooklyn, NY, teaching English at CUNY and continuing her artistic journey, sharing with the world the beauty of her culture.
